Eternal is the first in-person primary care brand built for the health-obsessed. Our offering combines advanced prevention, targeted testing, and expert guidance. Our clinicians understand the unique needs and priorities of active people. In addition to primary care, we offer a variety of additional services to support a healthy and active lifestyle.
Eternal is for people who take their health seriously - those who want deep insight, proactive care, and clear next steps, whether you are generally healthy or managing chronic conditions. We are here to help you invest in your health and your ability to stay active for the long run.
Your doctor at Eternal is dedicated to your long game. They study your health markers through your wearables and labs, adjusting care in real time to slow aging and extend performance. They prescribe when needed, coach when it matters, and track your goals across decades. Their focus is not only keeping you well today, but making sure you can thrive tomorrow and far beyond.
As a member, you gain access to a complete ecosystem built around prevention and performance. Personal training and physical therapy to build strength and prevent injury. Pre-hab and rehab to keep you moving at your best. Nutrition guidance to fuel training and recovery. Longevity programs to optimize hormones and slow aging. Cancer screenings and advanced diagnostics to catch what others miss. Every service is designed to help you perform longer, recover faster, and live healthier for decades. Eternal is your doctor, coach, and performance lab in real life, under one roof.
Our primary care offering covers:
Both. Where local offices exist (San Francisco and New York), you may come in for in-person consultations, diagnostics, physical exams, and additional services. For many cases, we also handle care via telehealth.
Your membership includes an extensive lab panel and DEXA scan as part of your annual physical. You can opt in to additional testing including lactate threshold, VO2 max, strength and power assessments, and mobility screens for an additional fee.
If you need specialty care or hospitalization, we’ll coordinate referrals, share medical data (with your consent), and maintain oversight of your care trajectory. We aim to be your medical hub, not a silo.
We’ll treat your acute needs as best as we can either virtually or in person, but for more severe cases such as fractures, lacerations, and burns, you should go to an Urgent Care facility. In an emergency, dial 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
Yes. Your Eternal MD will ensure that you stay that way. We will guide and advise you on short and long-term strategic health decisions that support your priorities. We’re focused on preventative, long-term strategy; and when you need it, we’re here for your acute needs, prescriptions, and routine medical care.
The Eternal membership fee is $499/year. Add-on services are available.
We are currently direct-pay / cash-based. We do not bill insurance, but can provide itemized receipts you may submit to your insurer.
Yes! You can use HSA/FSA funds towards your membership fee and certain add-ons.
There are no hidden fees - your annual membership gets you access to all Primary Care services for the year. We do offer advanced diagnostics and other services for an additional fee.
You can cancel your membership at any time and we’ll stop your autorenewal. If you’re unhappy with your experience, reach out to us - we’ll do our best to make it right.
No — you can join without insurance. But we recommend maintaining coverage for specialist, hospital, or emergency care beyond Eternal.
Yes. Eternal’s primary care is not a replacement for insurance. You’ll still need traditional health coverage (or a backup plan) for hospitalizations, specialist care, surgeries, and emergencies outside our practice scope.
Additional services include (but are not limited to) advanced lab panels, performance assessment (including aerobic testing, mobility screens, and strength and power evaluation), personal training, physical therapy, coaching, nutrition plans, supplement reviews, endurance consultations, and strength training programs.
Absolutely! You can stick with your existing PCP or care team and use the Eternal services that are most beneficial to you.
We have two locations, one on each coast:
Yes! If you live in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut or California, you can still be a member of Eternal and take advantage of telehealth services.
We partner with local labs, making it easy to find a location that’s convenient for you.
We have a DEXA machine on site in both our New York and San Francisco locations.
All of our facilities are equipped with treadmills, stationary bike setups, and VALD force plates for optional aerobic, strength, power, and mobility testing.
